Dyno Nobel Emulsion Plant

Radotich Inc was hired to erect a new Emulsion Plant. We cleared the old building, provided dirt work and drainage systems, then provided the concrete pad and footings for the building. The Nucor building was then erected using Radotich equipment and cranes.

The inside of the building consisted of setting new tanks, building mezzanine floors, installing all pumps and providing all new piping to the railcars.  All new support structures were built for the cooling tower and outside piping. Most of the work was done in stainless steel for corrosion protection, and was built to B31.3 standards. New outside concrete sidewalks and parking were also poured.
